This is the easy stuff! Please provide your basic company and contact information so that the Raise community can get to know you and get in contact with you when they visit your Sponsor Profile in the Raise Conference App!

You have the opportunity to showcase your brand in unique ways on the Raise Conference App. The first is with a Sponsor Booth Cover Graphic. As a Visionary Sponsor, your brand will be showcased front and center.

Please provide the graphic by following these guidelines:

Size: 1200px by 300px
File types: jpg, jpeg, png

The second opportunity is through a video feature. This is not mandatory, but highly recommended! Please provide your video by following these guidelines:

If adding it as an attachment:

Type: mp4
Size: No bigger than 8GB

If adding it as a third-party website URL

Platforms supported: YouTube, Wistia, Vidcast, Vimeo, Twitch, and Facebook

As a Visionary Sponsor, you have the opportunity to sponsor one meal or activity. These are available on a first come, first serve basis. Your options include:

Morning Activity
Breakfast
Snack
Lunch
Happy Hour

Two calls-to-action (CTA’s) appear at the top of your profile. The first is programed as a lead capture form. The second is your choice! Please provide the message you want to appear on the button as well as the link that you want associated with it. Think about using lead generating content, a product demo, etc.

Five external links will appear at the bottom of your profile. Use them as you please! Think about driving website traffic, showcasing your company’s expertise, etc.

The ‘Game’ portion of the Raise Conference is always a HUGE hit. Attendees are encouraged to compete against one another to see who can earn the most points. Points = chances to win awesome prizes! Here are the rules:

Unlock passcodes by completing challenges.
Enter passcodes to earn points.
Compete as many challenges as you can and climb the leaderboard!

Every sponsor will have one challenge preset: “Visit the [Sponsor Name] virtual booth and find the hidden code.” You have the opportunity to choose an additional challenge to increase excitement and engagement. Here are a few examples:

A push notification will be sent on behalf of your company to the entire Raise Community via the Raise Conference App. It’s a great way to get your message directly to attendees’ mobile devices. Use this opportunity to drive attendees to take action! Here are a few examples:
