Big Brothers Big Sisters was born out of JUSTICE, to create EQUITY for youth, bringing together DIVERSE communities, so that all kids can feel INCLUDED for the promise of opportunity and a better life. They are a JEDI focused youth empowerment organization, not in response to the issues of today, but rather the vision in which they were founded.
Through innovative partnerships, they are creating opportunities for youth while also engaging with key brands and organizations. Hear firsthand from Deb Barge, Chief Development Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, about how they integrate their JEDI focus into their development and partnership efforts.
