Steve Johns
Chief Executive Officer
Steve has over 30 years experience in technology, corporate development, venture capital, event production and entrepreneurship. He has served as a senior executive in Fortune 500, as well as early-stage start-up investing and scale-up executive leadership. Steve served on the Motorola Research Visionary Board and was a member of DePaul’s Coleman Entrepreneurship Center Blue Print Mentoring Program. Steve earned a BA in business and accounting from Augustana College and began his career as a CPA.

Chief Financial Officer
Mark brings to OneCause more than 25 years of experience with high-growth Internet, software and service businesses, where he provided the financial, strategic and operating leadership to scale growth and boost enterprise value. He previously held senior management positions at VacayStay Connect, Monster Worldwide, NextWave Media Group and Right At School. Mark holds a BA in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Stephanie Ragozzino
Chief Product Officer
Stephanie brings 20 years of product management, client success, and software experience to OneCause. She’s best known for her creative approach to problem solving and translating long-term company goals into specific product development milestones. She previously was the executive vice president of product for Indianapolis-based PERQ and has held product leadership roles at Teradata and Aprimo. Stephanie earned a BS degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Purdue University.

Tim has 25 years of experience leading technology organizations from early stage startup, scale up and through acquisition. He is best known for his high-growth mentality and has a proven track record in building teams, designing architecture, and delivering valuable software solutions. He previously held executive positions at Bolstra, 3DSIM, ZirMed and Aprimo, and holds three patents for data-related algorithms. Tim holds a BS in Computer Science from Rose Hulman.

For 20 years, Parrish has been leading sales and business development efforts for some of the country’s most innovative entrepreneurial companies. He has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams that create long-term value. Parrish has held management positions at Tongal, MRI Software, and XOJET. Snyder earned his bachelor’s degree from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Karrie Wozniak

Karrie brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, brand, advertising, and sales to OneCause. As one of the early stage executives she played a key role in building and leading the nationwide sales team, event consulting, client success & overall marketing. Karrie previously held leadership positions at Ford Motor Company and Dominion Enterprises before joining OneCause (then BidPal) in 2009. Karrie has an MBA from DePaul University and a BS degree from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management.
